Is there any cheap electirc fan's that work well out there instead of a junkyard tuarus fan or no??

nope they are all up over 200 bucks and not worth it why would you want to use anything other than a tuarus fan they pull more cfm then any after market fan

I got a black magic xtreme, given it was like 250, it was well worth it. And no im not rich. I didnt want any junk from a junkyard too...i wanted something new.
My fan turns on at 150 and cools the hell outta it. Plus its quiet as hell.

Mark VIII fan FTMFW, not exactly the easiest to find though, you'll be able to find a taurus one no prob

not everything in the junk yard is junk my friend. the tuarus fan beats the hell out of any black magic and it too is very quiet. now the stock belt fan sounded like a freaking tornado under the hood i hated it

so which is better between the Mark VIII and the Taurus fan? that article said the mark pulls 30 amps, i think my alternator on the II is 60..... but there isnt much else getting powered. a simple radio, msd box, and driving lights.

you guys think 30 amps is good for the rest of the car not being EFI or having a "system" in it? anyone know what regular *** old school headlights draw for amperage?

The taurus fan pulls around 2000 cfm where as my Black Magic Extreme pulls 3300 CFM. My fan pulls more than 1300 CFM more than the taurus, that's a huge amount more.
