I dunno how much lift the stock valvetrain can take. The alphabet cams suck, they're 20 yrs old. I like the trickflow stage 1 but am unsure if that's too big 4 ur set up

Stage 1 wouldn't be too bad, it's relatively mild. A Steeda #19 is also comparable. Like rcd said, stay away from the alphabet cams. There's a lot more technology into the newer ones. If you're running the E7's you're going to have to replace the valve springs no matter what you do. What are your other mods? If you don't have much else done the money is much better spent saving up for an intake, as you won't see much benefit from a cam

The alphabet cams still make good power. I'm running one becuase I got it for $50 lol. I can see myself changing it out later this summer, though.

I have a B303.

Wait until half way through that movie and the car starts loping when the idle comes down.

Man, you're not listening. You're going to make more power with a newer cam

Yeah, with what you got you might pickup 10-15hp top end(and that's being nice), but in all likelyhood it'll be less, and you'll just lose power most everywhere else too and end up being just as fast, or slower, but with worse mileage. Save up to do an h/c/i. Alphabet cams are only good if you can get it for $50 [8D]
