Ok, 88 gt auto flowmaster exhaust, some gears, but stock engine. When im in drive i have to put all my force on the break so it won't leave me, and in nuetral or park it bounces between 600 and 800 rpms, usally when i gun it it preforms, but some times it fights to get out of second. its not a major problem, but IT PISSES ME OFF any sort of advice

the car has 129,000 and it doesn't appear to need a tune, i haven't looked at the plugs, and i've cleaned the throttle body

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. That would explain the idle, the hesitation, and the brake problem.
