alright im in the middle of timing my car. and my buddy said there is a small knocking noise.. i couldnt hear it but he swares it was there...could this be from the timing being off? its not to far off....it idles but im gunna use the gun to make it perfect today. i herd that an exhasut leak from the header can cause a knock too. im deff leakin exhaust from the headers so do you think thats it

It's gonna be hard to tell until you get that header leak fixed. That can be so loud that it may prove difficult to hear anything else. Especially if it's rattling of vibrating loudly.

thought i had a crazy lifter noise in my stang it turned out to be a nice header exhaust leak check them first

im hoping thats what my noise is but i actually think its a lifter o by the way i def dont recommend copper gaskets
