Your oil pressure is fine, you only need like 12-15 at mostidling and 50 or 60 at driving speed. A lot of people don't feel comfortable unless they have like 90psi. If you're really that concerned just change to the next weight up oil, 10-30 go to a 10-40 etc. But if you can nail the gas in a lowergear at idle-1,200rpm and it doesn't knock/rattle/lug etc, then you're fine.

damn i get worried when my crap drops below 25psi at an idle. i am usually about 55-60 when cruising. my junk has 200K on it

yeah mine kept falling off and i would look at the pressure and it was all the way down i would freek out pull over and see it came off. so i spiced one of those on instead works a lot better. after i put it back on tightened it down and drove it was back up half way into normal like it usually is. my car has 178k on it no major issues ever really

my sending unit was loose and i taped it up, that same night the thing cracked open and was spitting oil out while i was goin 80mph down the highway

my car was COVERED... top to bottom in oil.

that was an interesting night.. WOT im at about 70 psi (autometer mechanical gauge) so the engine has some life left in it...

Mine is 20 at idle and 40-45 driving, that's with 200,000 miles

i threw in a bottle of lucas and nearly doubled my old oil pressure at idle.

lowest ive seen it go to yet after hours of driving was 38 at an idle

before the lucas... about 20 psi.. maybe lower.. it was bad.
