I didnt fill all the way too the top left about 3" from top. i pulled off the stat it was a 197 degree, I am replacing it with a 180 degree right now I will see what happend

go grab the water pump pulley and see if it has any play in it, up and down, side to side, and in and out.

bubbling coolant = blown head gasket, I really hope that isn't your problem.
