Default TIMING CONFUSING


today i deside to adjust my timing but i was confusing how to do iy.
what the correct procedure for it.
what i did is put harmonic to tdc 0 degrres, then i put white marker in it to 14 ,warm the engine,remove spout,then timing ligth ,at this step i was confuse ,what should i do ,do i need to bring the 14 deg marker to pointer edge or theres diffrent method .

that what i do man but when i adjust timing the marker line moving ,clock wise advancing so line marker move toward pointer,,anticlock wise is retard so marker away from pointer.so my target to bring the 14 deg to pointer edge ,is that correct

Yes. If you';re tryin to set the timing to 14 degrees, then you want to get the 14 degree mark right to the edge.

It clearly shows it in the article I linked to. It has a picture showing you exactly where you want the mark to be.
