It was repainted 5-6 years ago due to the clear coat fading.

Those are the correct wheels, 7up editions came with GT Turbine wheels, and Emerald Green paint (code PA), white leather interior and white convertible top, produced in 1990 only, no GT's ever. A lil more than half are stick and the rest auto, they came with the 5.0L HO motor. I have pants loads of info at home, but @ work, got no time to type it all... lol
