Default some opinions on times.

ok you all know my mods by now, all on my site. if not heres the list.


on a warm day at zero elevation and a bit of humidity on street tires what would a good driver run in my car?


mods

new cap + rotor
long tube headers + o/r h-pipe
flowmaster catback
CAI
smog pulley skipped and pump removed
73mm MAF
70mm TB
adjustable fuel pressure regulator 42 psi
underdrives
new o2 sensors
new spark plugs
summit harmonic balancer
180 degree thermo
new water pump
new fuel filter
new pcv valve
5 speed T-5
stock gears
245 street tires



im guessing 14 flat, does anything think i could break into the 13s with gears?

well dont race on a warm day. race on a cool day. your car isnt really modded. with tires you can go 13s if you are aggresive but you may drive like a pu55y and only get a mid to high 14s.

I don't see you having but about 30 - 40 rwhp worth of mods, I'd say most likely low 14's , 13's are def a possibility with tires but without I would find it difficult

Let's see, a good driver would run down to the Ford dealership and trade that thing in for a new Cobra! Just kidding Dbeck... A good launch will probably get you into the high 13s, low 14s. And definitely run on a cool day with lo humidity!

You don't really have many Power Adders, and don't even have gears...

with whats on the list from the o2 sensers down dont reall have anything to do with performance. ill agree with obso but with some damn good driving i see ull see about 14 flat

my best guess is mid to upper 14's with that small list of mods that actually do add some power. maybe a 14.70 or so if you're lucky.

so im guessing a set of 3.73s could give me a definate low 14's for a good run. guess ill have to get gears then.

Gears are one of the best upgrades you can do man...
One of the first that should be done
And you don't really have any power adders.
So don't get all Hibbity Hobbity yet.
Get gears are some sticky tires and have a blast!
