RE: 94 mustang runnin rich or lean
The injctor offset vs. battery voltage is often overlooked but ti can be more important than most people thing. Basically, the computer will need to alter the pulsewidth of the fuel injectors based on the current battery voltage. But someone needs to tell it how much to change and at what voltage to change it. And as you can imagine, at lower RPMs the pulsewidth is much smaller than it would be for stock injectors. When dealing with such small PWs, you have to really make sure you have everything fine tuned.
Don't worry too much about figuring out what camshaft is in there. Just take it to a tuner and let them do it right. They'll be able to figure it out. However, i will say that our cars (94 - 95 Mustangs) have REAL picky computers and they do not like a lot of mods. They especially tend to hate camshafts unless they are deemed "computer friendly." If you have some other camshaft in there, you can almost certainly guarantee that you will need a tune. Our cars need a wider lobe seperation for beter vacuum at idle and a lot of camshafts don't offer that. But you can tune around it.
