Default Electric fan temp?

Im installing a black magic electric fan with a adjustable thermostat, What temp should i set it at? I heard like 190 is this true?

I would set it at 190-200. If you have a 180* thermostat.
You don't want it to come on at normal operating temp, i.e. cruising down the freeway with the fan on.
