Default 28 oz Balance on Stroker Kits

I am buying a stroker kit for my 351W from www.fordstrokers.com and I was wondering what they are saying when the give you the option for a 28oz balance...I know that the Harmonic Balancers are 28oz but I am unsure of what this means...this may sound like an extreme n00b question but new to the engine building scene.

All 351's have a 28 oz imbalance as well as older 302s. The later model 302s or 5.0L have a 50oz imbalance on the crank.

some stroker kits are balanced to 28oz even for a 302. some are neutral balance, It doesnt matter which you get, as long as you match your balancer and flywheel to your rotating assembly

The balance charge is if you want the kit to be balanced to more accurate levels using the 28 oz. external factor......the only parts not used are the damper and flywheel you will use.

and paying for balancing still wont put them as close as it should be, your still gonna have to pay your local machine shop to spin it up so spending the extra cash when you buy your kit may be a waste of money
