hondhunter

i got a 86 lx qith 113k on it and its stock besides headers and underdrive pully. not one interior light comes on, not even the blinkers. not the dome or instrument panel. when i put my blinker on either side both of them come on faint like my hazzards. my radio works fine and its aftermarket tho. im thinking its my voltage regulater inside the dash but i dont know. ive checks all fuses and are fine.
anybody have a clue?
