Default New Driver, New Mustang

Hey everyone my names Nick, Im 17 just graduated highschool, Just bought a 1994 Mustang GT 5.0. Its a good car though had some problems we have been fixing as they come, like the oil pan was rotted out, needed brakes, then the water pump went, all this we had done by ford plus some other matinence work as well. Anyways im looking for some advice from some experienced mustang owners. Im looking to upgrade/fix a few things....

A little info on the car, its a 94 Gt thats got ALOT of miles on it 164,000 to be exact! The only mods i know of from the previous owner's are Flowmaster Cat Back's, 17" SVT CobraAlumnium Rims and BF Goodrich G-Force T/A tires and a K&N Air Filters. It stillruns goodbut has a couple tweaks and things id like to do.

First is was wondering my gas pedal seems to almost be broken or was it made so that you could pull it back to you and it drops backto the floor or and inch above? Its almost against the floor basically seems broken. Secondly the clutch when shifting makes a winding noise is it time for a new one? It also when in low rpms makes a whistle noise.

Ok now heres also what im loking to buy as upgrades/fixes aswell. High performance spark plugs and wires (brand?), Distrubutor (Brand, High performance?), Billett pedal set, Fix the fog lights (dont know if they need rewiring or new bulbs but they dont work, L.E.D head lights (Brand?), and the last thing on my list would be a cold air intake (already have a K&N).

Heres the money shot :

Thanks for any help or info anyone can give me!
Nick
