streetable cam
would around a .579" cam lift be streetable for just driving around once a week...or will street driving harm the engine? what would be a good size for street/strip driving in my 351w?

lift is not a very good way alone to determine streetablity, power or anything on a cam.
i kno someon wit a small custom cam and stock ported heads and intake on fiveoh tech that is makin 300 wheel, the lift wit 1.7 rr is .533/.533 and a buddy of mine wont hit 290 wit a tfs stage 2 cam which is 562./543 wit a similar setup only different intake.
