on scale of 1 to 10 its a zero

make sure you lube o-rings on new injectors when replacing
so you dont pinch one.
If you do they are dirt cheap at Autozone
What should I use for lube? I know petrolium lube is bad, but other then that I wouldn't know what to use.
dielectric grease. it disolves in fuel, wont harm the injectors either

I'm upgrading my stock fuel injectors to 19# 4-hole spray because I know mine are shot anyway. Will I notice anything better? mileage? performance?
where did you order these from? i just ordered ford racing 19 pound replacements because mine have 100,000 miles on them. i didn't see a 'four hole' type for sale anywhere.
