Steering Wheel Hub Removal?

So I got a new wheel to replace the one without a horn so my 5.0 will pass inspection. The draw back is I have to replace the stock Hub with a new one. Does anyone know how to remove a stock 1990 Steering Hub?Any help or referals to helpful sites is appriated.
