exhaust for aode

Default exhaust for aode

i need an xpipe for an aode transmission. i've tried 2 companies now and they just don't fit. i have a 95 5.0 is there anything anyone can recommend?

I guess I'm misunderstanding the question. How can it not fit? If you get an X-pipe or an H-pipe for a 94-95 5.0 with AOD-E tranny then there should be no problem. I've used two different ones myself with a 95 GT / AOD-E.

its not fitting around the tranny pan or the shift linkage itself, i apologize that i couldn't reply sooner i was at school and then to work. if i had a custom pipe made would i have them fab an x pipe or just run them straight to the tips using single exhaust for each set of cylinders?

I have a manual and it fits kinda wide but my 98 is a aode and it fit the same!!!!!
