i have a 95 gt convert auto. and it through code 189 181 and alldata shows this as a lean condition where the o2 sensors cant richin the mixture and part throttle. has any one had this before or heard of this. any info would be nice

181 - Right side still lean, at richest adaptive limit, during part throttle + 189 - Left side still lean, at richest adaptive limit, during part throttle = system is at full fuel trim value to richen A/F and still sees a lean condition.

Things to check:
- Vacuum leaks
- MAF (clean it)
- Do you have an open breather installed and a functional PCV valve?.....that's a no-no.
- Fuel pressure
- PCV valve and hose
- Exhaust leaks
