Any error codes / CEL? Check for a vacuum leak? What's your fuel pressure? Have you tried cleaning the IAC and the MAF? Does it stumble and hesitate when accelerating?

Not all vacuum leaks come from vacuum lines. There are other potential issues. But that's usualyl associated with hesitation upon aceleration, a lean condition, etc. And there's still the dirty MAF or sticking IAC issue.

More info would be helpful here. What exactly are we talking about? What year, what car, what engine, what mods, what recent work lately, how long has thnsi been happening... the more info you provide, the easier it is to find out what the problem is.
