Default RPM's coming down very slow

This has been an ongoing problem for the past 4 months and I have tried everything that I can to fix it. When I change gears, my RPMs are coming down extremely slow. When I come to a complete stop it takes about 10 seconds for the RP's to come all the way down where they should be. So far to this car I have done:70mm throttle body, mass air calibrated for 24 lb. injectors. Trick flow street heat intake. 255lph fuel pump, adj. fuel pressure regulator, 24lb injectors, MSD distributor, longtube headers, prochamber exhaust, and cat back. I have already replaced the IAC and checked voltage for the TPS and everything is on the mark. Can anyone help me with this?

might wanna check the throttle return spring and the cable.. make sure they are moving freely and the throttle plate snaps back quickly.

mine has same problem, there is a vss sensor which makes your idle stay up when your moving and in neutral mine stay around 1500 rpm until my speed dips below 5mph. but i have a vacuum leak so when the rpms finally does drop it bounces up and down. try bumping your timing up to 13* or 14* and use premium gas you should notice a nice difference in the speed that your rpms go up and down. did you do any mods when or before this problem started. i'm starting to think it might have somethin to do with the 24#ers or the maf, cause mine has the same set up.

yes, I'm not sure if the 95's have that VSS. this might be the problem, I know ther eis no vacuum leak. and everything else is fine, TPS, IAC. It may even be my MAF or fuel set up for all I now. Could it be my computer at all? what about chipping it would this help?
