b&m pro stick with aod?

RE: b&m pro stick with aod?
a pro stick is a waste of money on a stock valve body. the stock valve body is NOT designed to hold 2nd gear......doesnt matter what shifter you use. i run a pro stick on my aod. there is a $50 adapter kit that needs to go into the tranny to make it work. the shifter arm on the side of the tranny and a couple parts inside must be changed to make it work correctly. i have a full manual valve body in my aod so the pro stick is a great shifter but on a stock valve body, dont waste the money. and if your running the stock valve body, you arent making any serious hp because it tells me your aod isnt built.
