Balancers are made out of TWO pieces... the center "hub" and an outer ring. There is a thick band of rubber seperating them. This band of rubber deteriorates over time and you will get a wobble if the outer ring starts to move around instead of staying in line with the inner hub.You havea bad balancer and it needs replaced... it can also give you inaccurate timing readings because the ring is not in the proper place in relation to the hub.
OK....Replaced the Balancer....

I have the napa one..works fine for me
Turns out the Napa brand is a Dorman....it seems just as solid as the OEM.....no problems here
