Hey i was wondering about a rough estimate how much it would cost to build a 351 from the block up.
thats stroking, boring all that perfomance everything. and is there a six speed that i could bolt up to it.

I'm going through that right now actually, I should have it going in about two weeks or so.
I got my engine for free.
Turned the crank, Punched 30 over, got it balanced and had my head bolt holes drilled. Machine work was around 500
Used trick flow heads ran me 300, another 80 for the work they needed.
Swap pan kit was 120, bbk swap LTS were 345, Summit complete engine rebuild kit with forged pistsons was 500, Dizzy will be around 200, along with the intake setup, which for me was a performer RPM and a demon 725, Lifters were 60 or so, Push rods are like 85. Theres other stuff I forgot to list, I had afew too many beers last night, I cant think.

it hard to say how deep are your pockets?

custom cam, custom carb, Yates heads, custom headers, jesel valve train etc etc thats the deep pocket scenario

whered you find the trick flow heads for 300?

it could be up to like 5g's or so depends on how much you want and what parts but what company you want but if your building it up mind as well get the best so
