Just did gears about a month ago,with a friend of mine. He is a ford mechanic by trade, so it made things alot easier. (plus the lift in his garage!) Its not your average do-it-yourself job, so know he limits of your abilities. If my buddy wasn't such a nice guy, I probably would have paid to get it done, but I learned alot doing it.

ya i just got my 410s put in last weekend i didn't want 2 do it myself cuz it takes a couple of hours 2 do it if u know what ur doing just think how long it would take if u don't know what is going on. Ive done everything 2 my car myself. but i left the rearend alone. its one of the most crusial parts of the car
