+1 for the Trick Flow stage 1 camshaft.
any split grind will do good, not excedding a .550 lift on intake nor exhaust(unless it has a very short duration).

My local speed shops sell trickflow camshafts and heads like candy, and trickflow has a very modern and creative workshop.

I have the stage 1, I LOVE IT[8D], .

I would call the speed shop and ask them, most of the time those guys are at the quarter and know what works the best.

+1 on the explorer intake. i have mixed feels about the stage 1 cam. ive heard a lot of good things. i know from experience that a stage 1 with afr 165's makes good hp.
