91 GT No Spark, No Fuel No start...HELP

RE: 91 GT No Spark, No Fuel No start...HELP
I would check the fusible links. If it's not that then it may be the hall effect sensor in the distributor. If it doesn't get a crank sensor it won't turn on the fuel pump. Just a thought.

I would like to check the fusible links, but I have no idea where they start and where they end...and the diagrams I have dont tell you where they are on the actual body of the car. I think if I could find out what is making my car not have any spark it would fix the fuel pump problem...I can hotwire the pump to work, but not my spark[/align]

RE: 91 GT No Spark, No Fuel No start...HELP
Alright...yesterday my brother came over so we could both get into this car and start checking stuff. My brother also has a 5.0, so we took my distributor out of my car and put it in his to rule that out as a problem. When we put it in his car it fired right up, so thats not the problem. We also did this to the coil, and computer(again).
There was an alarm in this car, so I thought this might be the problem. I had it towed to an alarm shop and removed and I still have the same problem, so I had to have it towed back to my house. We checked the fusible links and they are all good.
I am getting .3 volts at the coil still. When I turn the key on the fuel pump does not kick on still! I can get the fuel pump to turn on by removing the relay and hot wiring it, so I know it's not a problem with the pump.
I have replaced(with brand new parts)the Ignition Switch, Fuel Pump Relay, MSD Blaster Coil, and all Fuses in the fuse box. I have tested and ruled out the ICM, Hall Effect Sensor, Distributor, Coil, Ignition Switch, Alarm, Fuel Pump Relay, Fusible Links.
I have followed these wires everywhere...I have found no loose connections, no shorts, and no wires being grounded out.
I have only had this damn car since 5-4-07, and its been down for more than half of that time.
I appreciate all of the help you guys have given me thanks a lot...let me know if you have any other ideas...because I am out of ideas.
The one last thing I am going to replace is the starter solenoid...eventhough everything else gets power past the solenoid.

RE: 91 GT No Spark, No Fuel No start...HELP
Well I finally found the problem...after replacing the starter solenoid with no results I started rearing into the harness. The Fusible link that gives power to the coil and the fuel relay under the drivers seat...which in turn gives power the the eec relay was burned deep down the harness by the firewall.
Thanks A LOT for all of your help guys. You helped me keep my sanity while finding this problem. I was going to take the car into a shwp and have them do it...and by not having to do that I'm sure I saved hundreds =-)
