bring them toa machine shop and see if they can plane them quick, it wont take longer than an hour to do both. you will still be able to get them installed saterday.
fyi you need longer pushrods with those heads, the stockers are to short.

use the right head gasket... the guy who put those on used a steal fire ring gasket and it brinelled the head get the copper wire felpro's and it wont happen again
