6 speed tranny

hey i was wondering if the make a 6 speed tranny that will hook up to a 95 mustang gt. i know there are kits but my tranny is started to go out on me i think so i want to start looking now

dont do the T56 unless you do the viper spec not worth the money,, go TKO 600 holds more anyway

Whats the need for an expensive 6 speed?

You can rebuild a T5 for fairly cheap with hardened gears and such... jmo

+1....The 6th gear is just another over-drive gear anyways, you won't benefit from shorter ratios.

the 6th gear, or extra gear, is a gear between our 4th and our 5th... so the regular t56's 6th gear is a .68 as well. now the viper spec t56, it has something ilke a .50 od or something like that
