i think they should be fine but i think its the very desired 10.5" deep dish that dont work or require a lot of modification

directly from 50resto
spacer, longer studs and banging on the dust cap are the 'modifications' they're talking about if you truly want to run that kit and those wheels.
IIRC the problem is the centercaps won't fit because of the hub, same goes for alot of other wheels. Why not go to a JY and pickup some ranger axles/drums and sn95 spindles/calipers/rotors? ...it's cheaper, you get a better steering geometry along with better brakes and you can fit any wheels you want.
Here is a list of wheels that will work with this kit without modification:
95 Cobra R Wheel
94-95 17" GT Wheel
94-98 16" Waffle Star Wheel
94-97 Cobra Wheel
94-04 15" V6 Wheel
94-04 16" V6 Wheel
Other wheels require modification to work correctly.

RE: 50resto 5 lug conversion
in fact i'm doing it right now, i'm swapping out the clutchpacks in the carrier.... putting everything back together tomorrow.
in 28 spline? not that i know of, 50resto claims they have 'hardened steel 25%stronger than stock' ...i wouldn't get my hopes up about that.
can u get any other axles that are stronger that will work?
