Default ? about 5.0's power

O.k. I hope this doesnt sound stupid.

My ? is, is the power from 5.0's different from the other mustangs? The reason i ask is because i saw a post where someone said to a young kid who had just purchaces a 5.0, That he should be really careful and learn how to drive his car, because people take the power for granted. Now of course with any fast car that would make since but plenty of people chimed in and it seemed as if there was something about the 5.0's that made them posessed. Any input on this?

Thanks,

The only thing i can really say that i know is that if you have never driven a v8 real wheel drive car then it coulod be dangerous for someone.. They have pretty a pretty low torque curve for an underpowered car and if you dont respect it especially in the rain, but even on dry pavement it could bite you
