what i ment was i got 20rwhp from stock 190+20= 210....with just a 70mm TB and CAI... oh and 70mm egr

Stock system flows more than enough air to feed any 302 h/c/i car..you only GAIN when the engnie needs MORE air than you're providing. Numbers in my sig..stock box and K&N....there is no restriction there. As for your gains..I can provide dyno sheets showing a gain of 11HP on my car within 2 pulls...what did I change....nothing...not a damn thing, same machine..same day 2 hours apart. Infact I have seen variations of 10-15 hp depending on how the car is strapped on a particualar day or enviormental conditions...your 20hp gain...some can be attributed to the TB, some maybe to a dirty air filter....but a fender mount CAI...not going to provide significant gains. You can 'say' the CAI did this or that..but like I said...dyno sheet on photo bucket..same day, never left the machine..never loosened a strap...2 hours later (NO changes) 11hp gain.
