people have idle problems post H/C/I because the car is running too lean for the new mods, and the timing is not what it could be.

A dyno tune would be your best bet
My cars definitly not running lean thats for sure. I can make a black cloud to prove it. I think I've maxed out the limits of the stock sd computer and its really having trouble adapting now. I'll definitly be doing a maf swap then getting a tune this summer. I can't find a tuner that wants to tune sd locally.

I have to say....I am suprised...

All the big dogs of the forum, Adder, PRO50SC, Lucky13..........you all have your timing at 10.....

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that bumping youtiming is a performance increase?!?

Should I drop mine back to 10?

try to remember that both Pro50 and lucky13 are boosted, I run a ton of nitrous AND I have a stand alone EMU.... so none of my setting will even come CLOSE to what you should do with your car. I could set my timing to 0° and it wouldnt matter... My car will still idle at 28-30°
