SN95 V6/V8 Swap project
Hey, new to the site here, thought id drop by and share my project.
Im swapping a 69 302 into a SN95 v6. Its a budget car that i want to hit 12s in this year. Due to money im going to use the stock V6 T5 untill i can get a GT. Obviously its not a direct bolt in, so i was wondering if anyone here had tried this before. Last night i bought a 164 tooth 351 flywheelfor a 92 F-250, and a 01 cobra clutch. Itthink this combo should work, its all 11in, and the bolt pattern should be pretty close... i think lol. I bought it from Advanced auto parts, so if it doesnt fit ill justtake it back. Anyone have any suggestions? I kind of like the idea of using the 164tooth and 11 inch clutch, rather than using a GT bell housing.
