Like they said, if you plan to do heads in the next year or so, go 70, otherwise, 65mm is plenty. I'm running a 65mm TB on my ported E7's and it's more than enough. If you go to GT40's or P's, the 65 should still work fine (if they aren't worked over or have enlarged valves).

In my opinion get the 70mm. I just like to think ahead, and if you decide to sell the car you're out about $20 extra for the tb over the 65mm. On the other hand though, if you bought the 65mm, then upgraded, you would be buying a 70mm anyways and out even more. It's up to you, just think long and hard what the plans of the car is going to be.
