Default need a fast brake answer here...

Alright, I am re-building the brakes here. Never seen pads like this on my SN95. What do I do with the spring on top of the pad? Do I just seat the caliper over top, or do I need to insert the spring ends in the holes of the caliper for a constant tension?WTF??

yah those go up into the caliper, you should be able to see a spot that they barely fit into. they will compress down almost fully when installed properly.

sit the caliper straight down onto them... both ends of the spings must be retained in the caliper... someone on here once installed them wrong and the spring was sticking out.... I found it quite humorous.
