I recently got my car back together, but I'm having problems with the c4. when I take it out of park no matter what gear I put it in, including reverse it still pulls along like it's in first gear. I took it down the street and it never shifts gears and I cant manually either. any idea what it could be? I thought it was the mod valve but I replaced it but still does it.
