Default undrive pulley question

Well a friend of mine was thinking about pullies for his 5.0 but i was concerned that they would affect his charhing/cooling performance. He has a 400 watt amp for the lows and i was worried that he would discharge the battery since the alt wouldnt be putting out as much. Do yall think he will be ok? the alt is a new stock unit BTW

the alt. pulleys wouldn't work....I would use the pulleys and a 130 amp alt.

yea, really depends on how much power that amp is drawing, but i would upgrade the alt if you got a nice system

people put to much blame on the pulleys with normal ungrades they work great and double the life of the acc.

i would agree...... and i doubt the draw of the amp would be enogh to effect it during normal RPM driving range
