ok im about to shoot my self i cant get my damm front control arms off. they wont budge a bit. any ideas guys????

maybe something more descriptive....
have you removed the ball joint from the spindle?

did you undo the nut on the bolts holding it to the k-member?

i know on my rear control arms the bolt rusted to the inner bushing sleeve, so maybe the same happend on your a arms, just spin them like crazy with an impact until they spin freely then go buy new bolts

I had a similar problem, unfortunately you need to destroy em to get em out[:@]. Theyre seized to the bushings. Youre gonna have to cut em, or beat on em for a while with a hammer, 3lb mini sledge from Sears works well. Thats what I did, after they moved a bit, I used a tierod pickle fork to get em out the rest of the way.
PB blaster is your friend.

mine were all pitted and chewed up, but i put em back in anyway until my new ones come
