Default removing factory alarm

CLIFF NOTES: Alarm is causing my car to shut off randomly how do I remove it.

FULL STORY BELOW[8D]

Lately my volts have been goin nuts and every now and then my car will shut off and start up while I'm driving. I can drive through it but it randomly comes and goes but not that often. I thought I had a bad ground somewhere but couldn't find one and I tested my alternator and it was fine.
When it did it today I brought it home and shut it off and when I tried to lock it. I noticed that it locked really weakly. So I tried starting it and it wouldn't. Then my alarm started going off but sounded real quiet. Then when I tried disconnecting battery it started going off as loud as it usually would. My alarm was installed at a dealer when the car was purchased and I believe it's interferring with something and causing this. So how do I remove it? Is there a write up anywhere?

Default RE: removing factory alarm

Did you check relays? could be getting a bad connection at a relay, or a poor ground.
