Does anyone know if the radiator leaks at the part where the plastic and metal meets can it be fix, or do I need a new radiator?

I am, but it's a very nice fixed income! and I have a real nice amount in my 401K and profit sharing account and IRA's that I can tap once I get to 59-1/2 years old too! until then I'll just have to scrape by on my pension which is only about $20/hr.
