Yeah. His car's lowered, as such so is the ground clearance.
I'd rather have a slightly higher ride height and improve the rest of the suspension to get long tubes without the worry of "bottoming out". You'll have some other things scraping besides long tubes if they're scraping on the ground.....

ok, so i need long tube headers (300$) x pipe (200$) 2 flowmaster 40s (100$) stock cats. this a good set up?
i will probly buy these peice by peice off ebay so should i wait till they are all in my hands to install, or put them on as i get them? if so what order should i put them on them?

I'm not sure about the Mustang stock cats. If they're as crappy as the rest of the stock exhaust, invest in a pair of universal high-flows, you can get some CatCo's for around $40 each or less if you look around.
