Umm, what are the advantages or dissadvantages of each of the MAF configs
this is where you choose your level of involvment. If you are a hardcore, wanna learn everything, DIY type guy... then I would recommend you begin to read about Megasquirt. If you would rather not deal with tuning the car on your own, or think its beyond your capabilities, you can always use a stock style MAF system that can be professionally tuned with an SCT system

However, if you think you WOULD be interested int uning it yourself, but dont want the hassles of re-programming EVERY map in the car and starting with a tune that wont even let you car.. start... then Tweecer or the SCT Racers package might be right up your alley.

Ok, great thanks for the info. I have helped with the installation of Megasquirt on a neon, as well as a bmw 2002. It really seems awesome. A lot of my friends know a lot about MS, so maybe I will go that route.

The Afr 185's won't fit on a stock bottom end motor, I don't think. Too large a valve.

Ya fly cutting, but it's hard to find someone to fly cut pistons. Atleast in central florida it is.

I've never tried to fly cut pistons by myself but I bet it isn't an easy project. Have you done it adder? There is no way he'd make more then a pass on a 500 shot.
