an idiot i thought he was hooking it up to the frame at least, afterwards i told him it was his fault and he said that your sopposed to tie it to that. i admit i dont know much about cars, but cut me a break the cars older than me i was born after the mustang carb era

hey I was born after the carb era, but that has nothing to do with what you know about cars 
could be a dirty carb, fuel filter, wrong jets, just too many things and you cant give us enough details to help you
