HELP
theres this thing that connects to both wheels and then bolts to the fram one side snapped off anyone know what it is. its like a bar under the car then 2 tie rod lookin things connect to the wheels. also when i give the car more than half throttle it cuts out really bad and wont start accelerating til a few seconds

if its the actual bar that is broken, you should replace it. it helps keep the car's center of gravity lower by preventing body roll.
if its just the link at the end of it, you can replace those too.

no its one side instead of it being unbolted it snapped off the fram my starter went so i tried pulling it with my moms hummer and my idiot friend tied it to the sway bar. my cars carb'd and yesterday when i drove it after giving it a little gas it would start cutting out violently like it was running out of gas wich i know it wasnt and if i floored it it would start to die then come back to life any idea whats goingon

so no1 nos why the car is cutting out. just drve it again a few minutes ago, and when i give it like a little more gas then needed to keep it going weithout stalling it cuts out but when i floor it is almost dies then flys
