Default working out bugs

got a 91 lx and i just got it running seems like it is lacking serious torque any suggestions?
new engine, used heads, F303 cam... many mods coming soon

i think may just be the cam.. i still have stock gears 2.73 (i think). I plan on 3.73 swap and new intake,throttle body,24# inj and maf in the next month as budget allows but i still think the car should perform better i prob feels like a high 15 sec car pathetic!!! also the car has cats, AC, & air inj removed I am running about 10 deg of timing. this is my first 5.0 project and i am new to this and am afraid to take it to the track yet and have it running like a slug

right now stock heads.. i was thinkin about using world product windsor sr heads come tax time

any suggestions on throttle body size, MAF size, what intake to use will 24# be enough i plan on spraying it later with a plate type system. I have lots of 460 parts and am pirating anything of use (so far 24# injectors) we have lots of 460's at work
