Default $3500 budget for motor what to build??

since stroker kit isnt on the list anymore...what is everyones opinon on what i should do with my motor. I have ~3500 to spend on the motor. what is my best bet. goal is ~300 rwhp. ive been looking alll over the forums for ideas but there so many. what is my best bet to keep it a DD but make the power im looking for. simply what is the best motor i can build for my budget.

go 306 with it if you want then svo heads or some eddys something round 1200$ then blower put you up well over 300RWHP

Get the tubular gt40 intake best looking intake in my opinion, if you really want to save money and only want 300whpjust get used iron gt40s and a used intake and put a shot on it.

heads n cam.. wit the intake manifolds n you should be happy with your power gain
