Default Felpro question

I just finished changing out the lower intake gaskets, which are print-o-seal Felpro's. I torqued the lower intake in 3 stages 15-20-25 in the correct order precribed in the Haynes service manual. I am able to see the very top of the blue seals ( less than1/16") at the top of the lower intake.I double checked (removed the lower again) to see if the gaskets had slipped and they hadn't. This is my first time using this type of gasket and I don't know if it is normal to see a little blue or not.I would greatly appreciate inputs from any Mustang brothers as tomorrow is my last day of vacation and if I got to tear that beeotch down again,I gotta get busy real quick. Thanks in advance.
