well guys, i took my car for a test run for the first time today.how can i explain this.................the test was a catastrophic failure.......ok, im riding with my dad, right out of my driveway, i discover there is no 2nd gear. it goes in to gear, like it clicks and all, lwet the clutch out, and nothing, so oh well, first, accelerate, lil bumpy into 3rd. halfway thru the neighborhood it starts to shake a lil. then it starts jumping, and dad tells me i nee dto learn to drive........ then it starts ticking, really metallic click, and u can feel it in the car, so i thought, hmmm, driveshaft? slow down, and here somethin go tumbling down the road. dads like "just limp it home", so of course, i shut the car off and get out, and the front tire....has no lugnuts, and is barely attached to the car by means of weight.......so, get the jack, rob a lugnut fron the other side, go like 2mph, and look out the mirror, and notice my REAR tire is wobbling, get out, check it, jack up the back, turns out my axle or bearing is ****ed, so, yeah, that was my day....i need wheels and tires, tranny or rebuild, axles, bearings and might as well put gears in the rear end while i have the thing torn down.........now....all i need is money.... lmfao
