Default tig welding tranny
how strong is a tig weld? i recently snapped off an eye from the case of the tranny where the tailshaft bolts up too...im welding it back on and my buddy says it will always leak...has anyone done this?

does fluid leak out the area where its broken?

if so you could silicone it from the inside

the whole piece is broken off...u can see the gears in the tranny when the piece is removed

i was trying to find just the case because the internals are still good...is there any chance to find a case?

Its generally assumed around here that everyone with a manual has a T5.. please start specifying what friggin parts you have
